BFL slams clubs over North Ballarat merger
THE Ballarat Football League board has issued a scathing rebuff to some of its member clubs in the wake of the postponed amalgamation plan for the North Ballarat Roosters and the North Ballarat Junior Football Club.
A document seen by The Courier and addressed to all BFL club presidents and secretaries from league chairman Michael Toner has condemned the behaviour of "some clubs and individuals" over their response to the merger.
